One (1) used 110" wide Dixon/Kohler model TU76 shaftless turret unwind stand. 60" OD Roll Capacity. Originally manufactured in 1997. Serial number 4052. Last used on a coating line. Speed rated for approximately 4000 FPM. Turret rotates via an approximate 139 T bull gear and a 32 T pinion set and a 25 HP Millenium brushless DC turret motor through a Flenders Power Transmission Ltd type CSVW-250, 345:1 gearbox. Each unwind position is driven by a Powertec Millenium 60 HP, 1750 RPM, frame 287TZ, brushless DC regenerative motors. Each unwind has it's individual Kohler drive panel. Machine currently has 3" chucks. Each turret arm moves in and out via a jack-screw driven by a 1 HP DC motor.
