ASP Duty Cuff Case 6133. From a recently closed Army Navy Store in our area. I'm not sure why this model comes in a plastic bag, where model 6123 comes in a sealed hard plastic case. I thought maybe someone put the returns in plastic bags, but ALL the 6133 are in plastic bags.
