Metal Safe ice machine cleaner for use in ice machines with sensitive plated evaporators. This product can be used to clean all types of ice machines. During normal ice production, minerals in the water can bond to the metal in the ice machine to form scale. If this scale is not removed it can cover the internal surfaces and cause a significant reduction in ice production. It may also cause the ice to taste awful. Using the improper cleaner can harm the plating on the ice machine surface.
