English wheel weld up kit floor model.

We have a floor size unit in production and selling the
non-frame parts as a weld up kit.
This kit will make it very very easy to make a floor model Ewheel. The hardest thing you have to do is drill a 1" hole and drill for the top wheel mount. As you can see from the picture we bored a 2 1/2" hole for the bottom tube but you don't necessarily have to. Our plans and drawings are not finalized but I will be more than happy to help you in your production.
Here is exactly what comes with the kit:
2' of 2.5"OD DOM tubing with two pair of 1/2 13 tapped holes at 90' from each other. A bushing & acme thread are welded in the lower end.
Cradle assembly made with 3/8 x 2 CR welded onto a 2" DOM tube that is keyed to accept the end of 1/2 13 half dog end setscrews. It is turned down to fit in the 2.5" DOM and bored to accept the quck release.
3' of Acme screw so you can extend it near the ground for kick adjustment.
Kick adjustment 8" of 1/2" CF on an acme nut.
Top Wheel holder. 5/16" sides on 3/8" base. There is 6" of 1" all-thread.
3 x 8" 4140 heat treated top wheel. 28-33 Rc. Plenty hard for ANY E-wheeling. Shoulder bold and bearings.
ONE 3 x 3" Anvil. Addition anvils are $48 ea. We stock 2,3,4,6,8,12" and flats. We are also tinkering with a 1" radius and will have it done next week. Shaft and bearings.
Quick release mechanism in 12L14and 304 SS handle.
