Domestic electric thermostat "Uni-Kit" 60" capillary, 3/16" x 7-1/2" bulb. The 5430-175 Master Uni-Kit includes a Slip-Fit 4-way dial and insert. The dial insert is designed to fit on the Slip-Fit 4-way dial in any of four ways to match the old controls mounting position and/or stem flat position. The 5430 Series Uni-Kit is a two circuit, slow make and break, direct acting (contacts open on temperature rise) control. Controls have double-pole "Off" in the bake circuit, and single pole "Off" in the broil circuit. Controls have automatic preheat with variable bake and broil. Temperature range for variable bake is 140 to 550°F, and 375 to 530°F for variable broil. The 5430 Uni-Kit have a 2" break-off stem which is grooved at all the standard lengths. Kits also have special dual terminals (quick-connect) at each terminal position, and they include (2) 4" wire extensions for maximum replacement flexibility. A pilot light terminal is also provided for those applications that require a pilot light. UL FILE #E12103
