Validyne MC1-10 Laboratory Signal Conditioning
I obtained about 20 HP 3497A data acquisition and control units from a large oil company in Houston about 4 yrs ago. They were using them in conjunction with these Validyne units for pressure measurement. I have seen references to using these with Validyne DP-15 differential pressure transducers in well logging and core studies. One man wo bought one was setting up an engine testing lab. Validyne.com has specifications for the MC1-10 and the CD-18 plug ins and the 3 KHz signal carrier/demodulating information. The unit powers up as indicated by the LED. The unit has seven CD-18 Carrier Demodumators. The back 2 sets of 10 3 prong XLR type connectors (microphone) for Output A and B as well as 10 4 prong WK4 for Transducer inputs. One unit has S/N 56168 and the other is 50608.
