Used but in very clean condition. Powers up, UV lamp is working. When the cycle button is pressed, it automatically moves the UV lamp over the mask alignment stage and exposes the stage to UV light. The timer on the right side of the control panel allows you to set exposure time from 0.1 seconds up to 999.9 seconds. After the exposure time is elapsed, it automatically moves the lamp back to the right. When the cycle button is pressed again, it moves the microscope over the mask stage. I looked but could not locate a model number on this instrument.
