HP 3466A Digital Multimeter is a 4.5 Digit Multimeter. I have shown that this multimeter is working with 10 Volts DC, 10 Volts AC, 1.0 Amp, and 10 KOhms.
If you need a working multimeter for the bench, This is what you want.
This is an older multimeter and I only guarantee that it will not be DOA.
