Replaceable desoldering cartridges are used with the MFR-HDS desoldering handpiece, primarily for solder removal on through-hole components. The tips are supplied in a range of diameters as well as in a long reach configuration to allow improved access on tightly packed PCBs.All standard desoldering tips listed below are designed for use with glass fiber (FR4) PCBsubstrates. Specialty tips for thermally demanding substrates are available upon request.
