FC/Super PC (adapter) terminator with one female connector, 1.3/1.55um
It is used to avoid reflection from fiber device. You can apply at unused end of FBG, 2x2 coupler, dispersion-compensating-unit (FBG based), and even WDM, demux, and in reflection-sensitive systems. These unused end device should be terminated with FC/PC, FC/UPC, or FC/SPC connectors (SC and ST are also OK if you apply hybrid FC-ST, FC-ST adapter).
