® Motor is an industrially rated, high-torque motor, designed for accurate control and precise positioning of control valves, dampers, louvers and butterfly valves. It is the motor of choice for demanding industrial control processes, such as fossil fuel and heating applications.
The Actionator Motor controls a process’s final control element (valve, damper, louver), increasing or decreasing/opening or closing in response to the output signal from the process controller. Rotary Actionators are set at the factory for 150 degrees of rotation and are field adjustable. The .5 by .5 inch (12.7 mm x 12.7 mm) square output shaft has a crank arm that connects to a linkage rod/ball joint to position the air damper, louver, vane, or butterfly valve for fuel/air modulation in a combustion burner system.
