* All returned merchandise must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA number prior to return. All returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Unauthorized returns will be refused and will be returned to the sender at his or her expense
* We cannot accept exchange items unless they are defective. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in un-sellable condition, or have missing parts may be charged a restocking fee.
Returns due to a lack of technical understanding or interest in getting an item to work properly will be subject to a 17 % restocking fee, with no exceptions
