DESCRIPTION: VERY GOOD - 98% jap. - 5 anvils, with one vial missing a lid (not a biggie), minor label wear - dial gage lens is age yellowed - paint nicks & marks in varying areas on metal case (see pics), etc. - zeroed out and works well
