FG97M1/M6 Noritake JAPAN 7-segment VFD Tube on PCB used
FG97M1/M6 is a 9 digit VFD (Vacuum Fluorescent Display) Tube, with right hand decimal points and left hand apostrophes at each digit. It is suitable for calculators or similar machines.
The Color of the digits is GREEN.
The dimentions of the VFD tube are: 95x22mm (3.74x0.87 inch), not counting the nipple at the bottom.
On the back of this VFD tube the following text can be seen: Nortitake itron JAPAN FG97M1/M6. The VFD tube is soldered on the board, which has 4 external connectors: 1x10 pin, 2x11pin and 1x12pin.
All 9 digits are covered with a VERY FINE grid, which is separate for each digit.
I think this is one Beautifully looking and a relatively RARE VFD tube.
This item is used but it is in good condition and it should be able to operate for many many more hours.
