The BIG Jig Matic Jig Grinder can adapt to milling machines, lathes, radial drills, cam grinders and boring machines for high precision grinding applications.
The JR90C Jig Matic Set includes the Air motor, Shank Adapter, Rotary Connector and Air/Oil Regulator.
The Air Motor Type C will run at a maximum speed of 113,000 RPM with an incoming air pressure of 6 kg/cm2 (85 PSI). It has a spindle bore of 3mm (.118") and uses a side lock set screw to hold the tool. It is recommended for grinding operations from .5mm (.02") to 4mm (.16") in bore diameter and from 0 to 15mm (.59") in depth.
The Shank Adapter is 3/4" in diameter with a flat on one side which allows for simple adaptation to a variety of machines and universal boring facing heads.
The Rotary Connector is a stationary part, which supplies the air to the Air Motor.
The Air/Oil Regulator includes an oiler, air filter, metric pressure gauge and connecting air hose.
Note: A compressor (not included) of at least 2.2 KW (3 HP) will be required for the air supply.
