These speakers are new in original box. They are rated at 15 watts and have a clear mylar cone. They are designed as Siren Speakers for Residential or Commercial Alarm Systems but will work for any audio application.
With it's 15 Watt rating small size of 4 3/8" Square and 2 1/4" thick it makes an excellent external speakers for Marine, Commercial, Industrial, & CB Radios.
