TEST CONDITION: Apply variable voltage to primary coil (115V terminals) from 100-160VAC at 60Hz. No load on secondary coils.
1. Primary V = 100VAC, Primary I = .04A
2. Primary V = 110VAC, Primary I = .05A
3. Primary V = 120VAC, Primary I = .06A
4. Primary V = 130VAC, Primary I = .07A
5. Primary V = 140VAC, Primary I = .10A
6. Primary V = 150VAC, Primary I = .17A
7. Primary V = 160VAC, Primary I = .40A
TEST CONDITION: Apply dielectric meter between primary coils and secondary coils; and increase voltage up to 3500VAC. No initiate any spark.
TEST CONDITION: Input 120VAC 60Hz to the primary coil; parallel 2 secondary coils, and no load is on the 12V coils. 5 ohm 250W resistors as dummy load and room temperature at 25 degree C. Temperature rises 15 degree C after an hour test at load test #5.
1. Primary I = 0.06A, Secondary V = 68.7VAC at 0.0A, Power = 0 Watt
2. Primary I = 1.95A, Secondary V = 67.1VAC at 3.35A, Power = 225 Watt
3. Primary I = 3.78A, Secondary V = 65.7VAC at 6.57A, Power = 432 Watt
4. Primary I = 7.22A, Secondary V = 63.0VAC at 12.60A, Power = 794 Watt
5. Primary I = 10.42A, Secondary V = 60.6VAC at 18.18A, Power = 1102 Watt
