If you are looking for a good size JR bed then this is the one. Over all length is 55" and the total width is 7". If you were to measure from the center of the single inverted V to the outside inverted V it is 6 1/4". A couple of very small dings in the chuck area, other than that nothing. The scraping marks are still visible. The bed was made in 1927 and the lathe delivered in 1928. This is for pick up only. Take a look at my other listings for more machinist and lathe items.
