This is a used 5 inch Round Press or Melt Runner Mold or Die 3 Plates. plate thicknesses are 2.312. I'm not realy sure how this works, my best guess is that plastic is put in the back of one plate and the fitting plate is heated up and presses the plastic thru the runner to the cavity.
