This US-made roughness standard set provides a standard set of roughness standards per ANSI B46.1 - 1978 Military Standard 45662 This includes 30 total reference plates, for microinch AA 2.4.8.16.32. and 63 for 5 types of operations: flat lapping/reaming, grinding, horizontal milling, vertical milling, and turning. The set includes a calibration certificate dated 03/30/04 from an ISO 17025 qualified lab.
This unit was purchased to calibrate our roughness gage for an ISO-9001 quality system, but never used.
