This battery pack will work perfectly fine with your Fluke 90 and 105 series Scopemeters. Its charge will last for 79% more time than the NiCd one.
Charging Instructions: This NiMh battery pack can be charged in the Scopemeter. The only difference being, the charging time will be 79% more than that specified for the regular NiCd pack. Fluke 90 and 105 Series Scopemeters do not have any internal timer cutoff circuitry to stop the charging after the pack is fully charged. So you can easily charge the NiMh pack for an extra 79% of the charging time specified by Fluke.
