This brand new, sealed CO2 laser tube operates at 60watts RMS output energy. Comes with 110vac power supply and 12vdc coolant pump. When powered up, the beam will instantly superheat the air in front of the laser tube. It is truly powerful and very dangerous. You must wear eye and skin protection.
Sealed Gas tube only requires power and water/antifreeze for cooling. It is ready to go out of the box, optics are optional for focusing the beam to a fine point, it will operate and cut materials right out of the box - so nothing more is required. Use a focusing lens to extend beam and focus power.
Used in the industry for cutting, welding, etching, melting, cleaning, woodwork, glasswork, plastic work, art, surgery and many other applications. These tubes are used as OEM replacements in engraving, cutting and medical systems.

The tube requires a starting voltage to trigger ionization of the CO2 gas, the trigger voltage kick starts the tube into ionization. The operating voltage is determined by the length of the tube and sustains the tube in operation. Cooling requires a pump for water or antifreeze. This laser tube is very efficient compared to most tubes on the market. We successfully ran our tube continuously using a car windshield wiper pump for coolant circulation, a small radiator available at auto stores to disperse heat, a wall adapter to power the pump and small fan and a neon sign transformer for main tube power of 12,000v with a bipolar bridge rectifier and capacitor to give DC output. The power supply below is all you need to power this 60watt tube. We also sell a high flow radiator with two aluminum cooling fans and high flow pump for optimum performance, see our listings. It will allow you to run the tube at 100% duty cycle.
Water cooled main tube jacket and mirrors for continuous 100% duty cycle usage and long life. The cooling jacket inside the tube is isolated from the electrical connections, so antifreeze or conductive cooling liquids can be used.
The power supply is a solid state inverter design & comes with basic & advanced wiring instructions. These power supplies compliment our laser tube and offer the ability to vary the output power from zero to full power and have optional TTL/5v pulse input for CNC operation and PWM input. These are top of the line, replacing our old model. This power supply is 100% duty cycle and features 110vac input, cooling fan and built in circuit protection from over voltage and shorts. We do not have this available in 220v, sorry.
Laser tube comes with silicon tube installed to make end use easier. As you can see in the pictures this industrial cutting laser tube has sealed internal water cooled lenses for Long life and improved operation. The anode and cathode are made of inert metals for better conductivity and longer electrode life. This tube has an aluminum cooling jacket for the output mirror.

This tube cannot pump sapphire, ruby, excimer, argon or other wavelengths or mediums. it is 10.6um, mainly for cutting and etching.
