Our multimeter is used, but we have tested it and it is in working order. The negative wire is missing from this piece, but they are easily replaceable at a hardware or super home store. This multimeter shows some wear and scratches, but that makes no difference in the field. Why pay for brand new, when after a few uses, yours will look just like ours!
