Each sale is for 8 pieces of Philips 87C695AER/C1 64K OTP USB microcontroller in a 0.05" pitch 64-pin DIP package. I've been unable to locate a datasheet. I did find an appnote which references the part. I also can't guarantee that these are blank. They are new in tubes coming from factory boxes with 2001 date code.
