The Digitale Lift Station Control Package can economically transform your old lift station into a modern self diagnostic station with an electro-mechanical backup system. The system is designed around the Micrologix 1200 PLC.
A touchscreen operator interface allows easy access to setpoints, alarm history, level history, and operating status.
o The level at which both pumps stop running.
o The level at which the lead pump starts.
o The level at which the second pump starts running.
o Sensor offset or zero value.
o Sensor gain value used to convert signal value to feet.
o Turn pump alternator on or off.
o Select between sensor and float mode of operation.
Front panel mounted selector switches and pushbutton allow the user to quickly control the station.
o Hand- Pump 1 runs with all controls bypassed.
o Off- Pump 1 does not run under any circumstance.
o Auto- PLC controls pump. Pump will also run in electro-mechanical bypass mode if the high level alarm float is reached.
o Hand- Pump 2 runs with all controls bypassed.
o Off- Pump 2 does not run under any circumstance.
o Auto- PLC controls pump. Pump will also run in electro-mechanical bypass mode if the high level alarm float is reached.
Standard alarm messages notify the user of the following alarm conditions:
o Pump Circuit Breaker Tripped
PLC with analog input card and 2 communication ports
Pressure Transducer with 40 ft cable
NEMA 12 enclosure (NEMA 4 outdoor available)
