The flute length is 2-1/4". The overall length is 5-1/4". The tang on all of these drills are in real good condition. The drill margin of these drills are in real good condition all the way to the point, like there supposed to be when bought directly from the factory. The margin gives you the diameter that the drill will cut. The margin is the little rim that runs all the way down the flute.
This Drill sells new for over $8.50. The standard flute length on a new drill from a USA manufacture is 2-1/8" and overall length is 5-3/8".
