This is a Quickrotan / Alex Needlelight Transformer. 120/240 vac input and 6 vac output. This transformer came off operating equipment that was being dismantled. It was used to operate a 6 volt halogen light. I have put power to it and it checks out good.
Approx physical size is 3" x 3" x 4-1/2".
