USED: HPM 2-1/2" single screw extruder, model 2.5TMC-24, 24:1 L/D ratio. Electrically heated, air cooled 4 zone barrel. 4-1/2" x 3-1/2" water cooled feed throat with hopper. Belt driven by a 40 hp DC motor thru a Koellmann gearbox ratio 13.95:1, 108 hp rating. Approx 42" centerline height. Unit includes a quick clamp die adapter, 7.5 kva transformer, Powertec 2000 DC drive and control panel with Eurotherm controllers. All unitized on a common base.
