This is a wonderful reference book published by McGraw Hill Book Co., Inc. in 1953. Within this 585 page book - lies a tremendous amount of information for the aspiring, or experienced machine tool operator. The Chapter titles are as follows, but the detail within is significant:

Let me give you an example of what I mean when I say that the detail contained within (each section) is significant. Chapter 15 covers "Chucking Work":

Although this is an ex-Lib book with the usual markings, it has not been abused, all pages are intact, the spline is tight, and it comes from a non-smoking home. This book is loaded with tables, photo's, and illustrations to accompany the text. No machinist library should be without this type of reference book.
