This meat saw was used to cut Briar burls. Steve found that the meat saw did a more precise cut and did not leave the plateau's with jagged cuts like some of the individual pieces he purchased from other pipe makers.
This meat saw was used to cut 7 of the 10 whole burls he purchased from a vendor in Italy. It has not been used since Steve's passing. The briar blocks were used to make 2 of the pipes I have listed at this time and several pre-pored blocks I will be selling in the future.
