Rockwell Delta Band Saw Model 28-350 Woodworking
This is a Delta Rockwell Model 28-350 Band Saw.
A forklift and operator will be available to assist with loading at the scheduled pickup date.
Inspections will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2008 at 1:00 PM.
We will call the contact phone number the day of the inspection to confirm attendance. If we do not receive confirmation the day of the inspection, the inspection will be cancelled. The inspections are scheduled for 30 minutes, so please arrive promptly to ensure adequate time.

THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF InterSchola, THE SELLER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE SALES PRICE OF THE RELEVANT GOODS OR $100. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Any dispute regarding these services or the offer or sale of the goods will be governed by California law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California (if Interschola is a party to the dispute), or the Seller's principal place of business (if Interschola is not a party to the dispute), regardless of whether the dispute is brought under contract, tort or other principles. You hereby generally and unconditionally submit to and accept the jurisdiction of the courts as described in this paragraph.
