Here is a used Cat 50 Taper Flymill Cutter tool holder. It has .625 drive squares, the mounting knub is 1.57 (40mm) diameter by 1.18 (30mm) long, There are (4) 1.85" Pattern bolt holes and the overall diameter is 3.5".
