ANSI Class 2 Level safety vests are designed for wear in activities where greater visibility is necessary. This includes during inclement weather conditions or in work environments with situational/enviromental risks exceeding those for Class 1. For example, Class 2 safety vests protect workers who perform tasks that divert their attention from approaching traffic, as well as for workers in close proximity to passing traffic (traveling between 25-50MPH).
