Two Motorola Radius SP10 VHF Two-Way Radios
The SP10 is a 1-watt handheld radio transceiver designed to operate on one of 16 different frequencies assigned to low power/itinerant communications in the VHF-hi business band (150.775-174 MHz.). Frequencies are programmed by means of a bank of four dipswitches under the battery compartment.
These Radios are equipped with the optional "PL" board (sometimes called CTCSS, "interference eliminator", coded squelch, or privacy board). This is programmed by means of a second set of eight dipswitches also located under the battery.
These radios were used primarily indoors in a retail environment, and were removed from service when replaced with newer models, NOT because of malfunction. They show some signs of wear, but are all in good working condition.
EACH of these radios comes with a battery, antenna and belt clip. All batteries have been tested to hold a charge for over 24 hours, although full battery life has not been tested.
