You are looking at a Schlage dead bolts for the B series Dead Bolt door hardware.
There are 2 different backsets 2 3/4" and 2 3/8". The faceplate is 1", square top, Finish is 625 (bright chrome).
There is also a plastic conversion piece for this item and if wanted, It converts the faceplate to 1 1/8" wide.
