These are Shercon Ultrabake Multi-Purpose Plugs, quantity of 100, model MPP-BR, that are used in painting or powder coating. The pictures only show 25 plugs but this is for 100 plugs. I didn't want to take more pictures since I am a terrible photographer. :)
These plugs are used to plug plain and threaded holes for painting, powder coating, E-coating, plating, anodizing, and spray painting. They will mask off the hole and allow finishing up to it.
The plug is applied by being pushed into the hole and by being pulled out. It will withstand temperatures up to 150 degrees F (65 C).
