Here we have a Wilkerson Corporation flow control valve? #1122-2M.
Body is likely brass (non-magnetic).
The two thread openings are 7/16"ths. Approx. 3 3/8" with body center diamater approximatley 3 1/4".
"Handle" moves freely with one side bend down a bit. Shows some shelf wear.
