The taper shank is ground to .00003" surface finish and has 90% surface taper contact with spindle, which provides high accuracy, rigidity and longer life for the machine spindle and cutting tool. All surfaces except ground surfaces are coated with anti-rust treatment. Collet Chuck has shallow tapered bore to provide powerful gripping force. Furnished with adjusting screw for simple tool presetting. Accepts popular TG150 Single Angle Style Collets.
