I believe this unit is similar to the 8495G but is designed for linear voltage dividing (dBv) versus logarithmic power attenuation (dBm). This attenuator is the same as the 33322ZB. It is also a replacement for the 33322-69009. This attenuator is used in the 54712A Plug-in for the 54720D Digital Oscilloscope. It is probably set up with voltage ratio rather then power ratio.
