Furnished as a complete assembly with swaged-on Bayonet terminations at each end. These terminations allow for quick connection to an extensive line of QCC Connectors or Adaptor kits.
QCC Conduits feature wear resistance with flexibility. Conduits are well suited for continuous flexing associated with today's semi-automatic or automatic applications. The flat wire monocoil core is precision wound from long lasting high carbon, hardened steel spring wire. The core is then reinforced with multiple strands of preformed high carbon, high tensile steel wire. The steel strand reinforcement permits flexibility while reinforcing the core. This prevents kinking and reduces fatigue failures associated with single wire conduit constructions. The exterior is covered with Electron Beam's Poly-X ® insulated jacket. The Poly-X ® jacket provides outstanding abrasion, tear and heat resistance. Combined, this construction produces a superior conduit system demanded in highly manipulated welding applications.
QCC Conduits are an excellent choice for many "push" systems. They will not stretch or compress due to their unique construction and are insulated. In many cases existing replacement liner systems found in many popular MIG torches can be used inside the Conduits.
