Seco Electronics "Check Mate" Special Purpose Meter
This appears to be a tester for Motors or Generators but
we could not confirm it. It appears to have had little if any use.
The switch selections are Line 250 VAC/ Armature 250 VDC/ Field 250 VDC/
Ref 10 VDC/ and Amps Arm. The cable is roughly 3 ft. in legnth
and has a 9 pin connector on it that we pictured.
