The MILEX case was designed to be a water- and dust-resistant, shock- and vibration-absorbing transit case for 19" electronics. There space for 11 standard rack units in this case. MILEX transit cases are U.S. Military approved. There are 16 rubber mounts in all.
Light weight, strong aluminum construction, weighs in at only 70.8 lbs!
Both ends have removable covers using a star knob closure. Threaded inserts are installed on both sides to provide a convenient storage location for the ends when not in use, as shown in photos.
They're ideal for: portable networks, sensitive laboratory and medical equipment, cameras, video decks and just about anything you need to protect from the elements and the evil baggage handlers of the world.
Exterior ribs provide for easy stacking.
In very good condition and is fully usable (please see photos). It has roller bearing cabinet slides installed that you can remove easily if you decide not to use them.
