This is a massive 16C collet. It weighs about 6 pounds due to the size of the machinable head.
It is 3.75 inches across the face and 1.663 thick. There is a .250 thru hole in the center, and 3 holes around the outer edge which are .120 wide and about 1/2 inch deep. There is slight discoloration on the face, but nothing to affect it's function.
Not sure of the manufacturer. Try Lyndex, Bison, Hardinge, Dunham or Royal manufacture.
