Quick and Easy Serviceability
Stenner?s practical modular design saves valuable servicing time. All major feeder components are secured by stainless steel locking rivets, allowing the units to be disassembled quickly without tools. This also makes adding capacity a snap.
The peristaltic pumping action of Stenner feeders eliminates down time from loss of prime caused by gaseous solutions or troublesome degassing valves. Rather than relying on diaphragms or foot valves, Stenner feeders create a peristaltic flow with rotating rollers that compress and dilate the pumping tube. Hydrogen peroxide can be pumped without concern about vapor lock.
Simple periodic tube replacement minimizes down time and maintenance costs. All that?s required is setting the tube in place and allowing it to thread itself into position.
Dependable Mechanical Control
Stenner?s patented control mechanism allows the pump?s output to be scaled from 5% to 100% with the simple turn of a dial.
Stenner manufactured the first high-pressure peristaltic metering pump that could operate reliably and consistently against pressure of up to 100 PSI.
Chemicals such as undiluted muriatic acid and chlorine can be pumped without harm to the system because they are metered without exposure to air or to moving mechanical parts. Since no hydraulic fluids are used, there is no possible leakage to the chemicals being metered.

The DC4500 is a bleed and feed cooling tower controller with dual biocide timers. Standard features include; four feed modes (Feed & Bleed, % of Time, % of Bleed, Flowmeter Pulse), intermittent or continuous sampling, uS or PPM display, flow totalizer, manual test modes, temperature display, biocide cycle of 7, 14, or 28 days, biocide lockout, and conductivity or time-based biocide prebleed. Programming is simple and is accomplished with only three keys. The backlit liquid crystal display and LEDs provide a visual indication of operating conditions and equipment status.
